Key:
blue - Unsupervised times (buddy needed), school-term weekdays only
red - Supervised times (buddy not needed)
During Badminton sessions held in the school building in the autumn/winter months
(7-9pm Wednesday; 4-6pm Sunday), the centre is open (unsupervised).
Please Note:
If no one is in the gym within 15 minutes of the second hour of supervised time, the gym will close.
Please Note:
During the school holidays, the centre may offer additional daytime sessions.
Remember to check the Around Rousay website for any special timetables during school holidays.
The next school term ends on Friday 14 October 2011.
If you are using the Centre during unsupervised hours, then you will need a buddy with you. You will both need membership cards, and must both have had an induction at
the Centre (see below). If you are under 18 years of age, your buddy must be over 18 years. However, if you are over 18 years of age, your buddy can be under 18 years.
To clarify, under-18s cannot use the gym on their own (during unsupervised times) - there would need to be at least one over-18 present. Normally, membership is only allowed for
those aged 14 years or more, however, 8-13-year-olds are also permitted to use the equipment at the fitness suite, during supervised times, due to a request by Rousay Primary
School's Pupil Council. However, they must pre-arrange their sessions with the gym instructors.
